I weighed this morning...I went up in weight. What sucks is I dont know if ive gained muscle or just more weight. I ate like crazy the last 2 days. Could that really be it though? I ran like 9 miles so far this week. I wasnt going to but I've decided to still go this morning. Can't let that number stop me. But if I have one more week with this number going up...I will have to question my next move. Once you start running its kind of hard to walk. I need to burn more calories. Maybe I should push harder. Now that I think of it I did increase my protein to. This had better be muscle!!! Or I'll be ditching the scale!
