Despite recovering from my sickness, I still managed to get a run in. 1.75 miles but it's still something. I almost collapsed and vomited and somehow I managed to pull a muscle in my abdomen. Now I'm drained! I will be bikini body ready by summer. Slow and steady wins the race. I did some an work last night but stopped after getting dizzy. Kids are at daycare all day thank you Jesus!! I have till 4:30 to get all I need to get done finished. I'll do my abs now, pain or no pain. That way I won't have to this evening. On the floor I go....
